Xolo Win Q1000 featuring Windows 8.1 OS, 5-Inch HD Display announced – SPECS, Price

Xolo has listed a Windows 8.1 OS based mobile phone on its official website dubbed as the Xolo Win Q1000. It comes in White, Black and Green Colors and will carry price-tag of Rs. 8,499. This handset is successor to the Xolo Win Q900s that launched last year.

Xolo Win Q1000 Specs Overview

The phone dimensions are 143 x 71.3 x 8.8 mm (height x width x thickness). It has Dual SIM slots with Dual Standby and supports 3G connectivity. As we mentioned earlier, the handset runs on Windows 8.1 operating system out of the box.


The Win Q1000 specs include a 5-Inch IPS Display that boasts 1280 x 720 Pixels HD Resolution. The screen has 312ppi pixel density and supports 5 finger touch support. Inside is a 1.2GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 MSM8212 Processor coupled with Adreno 302 GPU for the graphics. The chipset is backed with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage memory. MicroSD Card is also present that allows further expansion up to 32GB.

On the back sports a 8 mega pixel main camera with F/2.0 aperture, PureCel Image Sensor, LED flash, Auto Focus, Scene Detection and 1080p Video recording capabilities. There is a a 2 mega pixel front facing camera as well.

The Xolo Win Q1000 comes with 2200 mAh battery inside that full charges up in 3 hours. The batter is claimed to give up to 32 Hours of 2G talk time or 12 hours on 3G. Apart from Dual SIM, this mobile phone also supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, A-GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
