Videocon Krypton V50FG with 4G-LTE, 5-Inch HD Display goes official

Videocon is working on a new smartphone named Krypton V50FG. Company has listed this mobile phone on its official website and its official announcement is expected soon. Pricing and availability details will be available at the time of launch.

Videocon Krypton V50FG Specifications

The phone has measurements of 144.6 x 71.8 x 8.6 mm and houses Dual Micro SIM slots. It supports 4G-LTE (Bands 1/3/7/40) and 3G HSPA+ networks. Phone’s SAR value is 0.7990 W/Kg.

The Krypton V50FG Specs include 5-Inch IPS Display with 2.5D curved glass. It has 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and sports Dragontrail Glass for scratch reistance. Under the hood is 1.3GHz quad core MediaTek MT6735V processor with Mali-T720 GPU.

Chipset is backed by 2GB RAM and 16GB storage memory, further expandable up to 32GB using MicroSD Cards. The hardware is backed by 2200 mAh battery that gives up to 6 hours of talk time and 4 days of standby.

The Krypton V50FG features a 13MP primary camera on the back with LED Flash, Corning Gorilla camera lens, Auto Focus, Touch Focus, Digital Zoom, Face / Smile shots, Panorama etc. On the front is a secondary 5MP full frame camera for selfies.

Phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and comes pre-installed with V-Safe, V-Secure, Gameloft Games, EROS Now (Free 6 Months) and Opera mini. It also includes gesture Controls, Light Sensor, G-Sensor and Proximity Sensor inside.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSBV 2.0, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
