UMi Rome to feature 5.5-Inch 720p Display, MT6753 SoC, 3GB RAM, more

UMi, known for its value for money smartphones, is working on a new cellphone named the UMi Rome. After its recent release of Iron Pro and Hammer S phones, company hopes to bring the best specifications in terms of money with its latest offering.

UMi Rome falls under US$ 100 range and is priced at just US$ 89.99. It can easily compete with the lights of Cubot X15 and Ulefone’s Paris in most areas.

UMi Rome Specifications

This mobile phone is very sleek and compact, with its thickness measured at  just 7.9 mm. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box and should supports 4G-LTE.

The UMi Rome specs include 5.5-Inch large multi-touch display that has 1280 x 720 pixels HD Resolution.  This budget flagship phone packs in 1.3GHz Octa Core 64-Bit MediaTek MT6753 Processor along with Mali-T720 GPU.

The phone sports 3GB RAM for smooth multi-tasking experience. It also has 16GB of internal storage space. It has 2MP camera on the front with LED Flash for quality selfies. On the back is a powerful 13MP primary camera that makes up of Sony IMX164 Sensor. It has LED Flash, Auto Focus and supports 1080p videos.

The UMi Rome features a decently powerful 2500 mAh battery that is claimed to last an entire day. Connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack will be present as well.
