Samsung Z3 Tizen OS smartphone with Quad Core SoC launched – Key Specs, Price

Samsung has officially launched its Tizen OS Smartphone in India named the Samsung Z3 at a dedicated event held in Delhi. It is priced at Rs. 8,490 and comes in Silver, Black and Gold color options. The handset will be sold Online exclusively via Snapdeal along with its offline retail channels. Company is also offering 1GB free 3G Data for 2 months for Vodafone users.

Samsung Z3 Specifications

This is a Dual SIM smartphone that has Dual Standby and supports 3G HSPA+ networks. It runs on Samsung’s homemade Tizen OS 2.3 operating system. The mobile phone has measurements of 141.6 x 70 x 7.9 mm and weighs 137 Grams.

The Samsung Z3 Specs include a 5-Inch Super AMOLED Display that has 1280 x 720 Pixels Resolution. It has 294ppi pixel density, 69.5% screen-to-body ratio and supports multi-touch. Inside is a 1.3GHz Quad Core Spreadtrum Processor with 1GB RAM. Internal storage space is of 8GB and is further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD Card.

This Cell Phone Features an 8MP primary camera on the back with LED Flash, Auto Focus, Touch Focus, Digital Zoom etc. On the front is another 5MP camera that has 120 degree wide angle selfie mode for taking quality pics.

The hardware gets the energy from its 2600 mAh Li-Ion battery. Connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0 A2DP, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS / GLONASS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio jack etc are also supported.

The Samsung Z3 features an Ultra Data Saving mode that is said to reduce up to 50% of dat usage. It also has Mix Radio App with life time subscription along with special Galaxy App for offers and Deals.
