Samsung has launched a budget Dual SIM phone named the Galaxy V Plus. It is priced at just US$ 82 (Rs. 5,210) and comes in Ceramic White and Black color options.

Like we said before, it has Dual SIM slots that support 3G HSPA+ networks. It has measurements of 121.4 x 62.9 x 10.7 mm and weighs 132 Grams. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.
The Galaxy V Plus Specs include a 4-Inch TFT Display that has 800 x 480 Pixels WVGA Resolution. It gets the processing power from 1.2GHz Dual Core processor and has 512MB RAM. User available storage is 1.9GB and has MicroSD Card slot that supports up to 64GB.
It has VGA front facing camera along with 3 mega pixels CMOS camera on the back that has LED Flash and takes VGA videos at 30 Fps. Inside is 1500 mAh removable battery that gives up to 6 hours of 3G talk time, 9 hours of Wi-Fi Usage or up to 6 hours of video playback.
