Oppo has silently revealed the Neo 5S smartphone on its official website. The phone is successor to the Neo 5 and is already up for sale in select markets for Euro 160 / US$ 182 / Rs. 11,600. The handset comes in White and Black color variants.

This is an Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS based phone that runs on Color OS 2.0.1. The Dual SIM Slots (micro + nano) supports GSM (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz), WCDMA (850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 MHz) and 4G-LTE Bands (1700 / 1800 / 2600 MHz).
In terms of dimensions, the smartphone is 131.9 x 65.5 x 8.0 mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 135 Grams. It has a 2000 mAh Li-Po removable battery that powers the hardware.
The Oppo Neo 5S Specs include a 4.5-Inch TFT IPS Display that takes input with gloves or wet fingers. The screen has 854 x 480 Pixels FWVGA resolution, 16M color depth and supports multi-touch.
The internal hardware makes up of 1.2GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, Adreno 306 GPU and 1GB RAM. There is 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB using Micro SD Card.
The front camera is of 2 Mega Pixels and has F/2.8 Aperture. The 8 Mega Pixel primary camera on the back sports F/2.2 Aperture, LED Flash, Auto Focus, Slow Shutter, Expert Mode, HDR, Panorama, Double Exposure and can take 720p videos.
The Oppo Neo 5S mobile phones has Cat4 LTE speeds (150Mbps Dl / 50 Mbps UL) and 3G speeds of 42.2 Mbps Download and 5.76 Mbps Upload. It also comes with E-Compass, Light, G-Sensor and Distance Sensor. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, USB OTG, A-GPS, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
