Oppo Find 7 and Oppo Find 7a Announced – Full Specifications compared

Chinese Phone maker Oppo has announced two new handsets named the Oppo Find 7 and Oppo Find 7a. Of the two, the Flagship variant the Oppo Find 7 will be priced at CNY 3,498 (Rs. 34,400) and will be available in Chinese markets by June 2014. The slightly cut down version, the Oppo Find 7a is priced cheaper at CNY 2,998 (Rs. 29,500) and will be up for sale starting today.

Coming to the Specifications, the Oppo Find 7 Features a 5.5-Inch Quad HD Display  (2K Display) with resolution of 2560 x 1440 Pixels. The company has managed 538ppi Pixel Desnity using Super Screen 2.0 Technology along with Gorilla Glass 3 Protection.

The phone’s hardware is made up of 2.5GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 801 Chipset coupled with Adreno 330 GPU for the Graphics and 3GB of RAM to guarantee smooth performance. There is 32GB of in-built storage with Optional MicroSD card slot for further ROM expansion.

The Oppo Find 7 could very well turn out to be a heaven of Photography enthusiasts as it features 13 Mega Pixel Rears Shooter with Sony’s IMX214 CMOS Sensor with f/2.0 Aperture lens. The Camera can also record 4k Videos. Not only that, the phone also sports a front facing 5 Mega Pixel Camera for video calling and selfies.

The phone runs on ColorOS 1.2 which is based on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Operating System. The 3000 mAh battery is capable of juicing up the device for long hours. Additionally, All the Major Connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MicroUSB, A-GPS etc are also available.

The Oppo Find 7a is the cut down variant of the Find 7. The specifications of the device still make it a flagship device when compared to other Manufacturers.

The Oppo Find 7a Specs include a 5.5-Inch FHD IPS Display with 1920 x 1080 Pixel Resolution at 403ppi Pixel Density and Gorilla Glass 3 Protection. The phone processing power consists of 2.3GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Processor paired with Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM.

The phone has 16GB of Internal Storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card slot. Camera Front is more or less the same with 5 Mega PIxel Front Camera and 13 Mega Pixels Rear Shooter. There is a decent 2800 mAh Li-Ion Battery as well to power its Android 4.3 based ColorOS 1.2.
