It’s no secret that OnePlus is working on its third generation Flagship dubbed as OnePlus 3. It has been codenamed “Rain” and has already made an appearance at various benchmarking websites / apps.
According to the rumors, this upcoming phone could have 5.2 / 5.5-Inch Display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 (64-Bit) processor with Adreno 530 GPU.
The 4GB LPDDR4 RAM variant will have 32GB internal storage while the premium 6GB LPDDR4 model is expected to have 64GB on-board storage. New smartphone design is also expected.
Company’s in-house Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based Oxygen OS will come pre-installed. Latest rumors from China are betting that OnePlus 3 could have 3500 mAh battery with fast charging capabilities.
Fingerprint sensor for security and Dual SIM slots will be present. There are murmurings in the Tech community that the phone could have 16MP primary snapper on the back with support for OIS, Laser Auto Focus, 4K video recording and LED Flash. The selfie snapper is said to be of 8MP.
This upcoming mobile will support 4G-LTE with VoLTE and is said to have Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual-Band (MIMO), Bluetooth V4.2, NFC, USB Type-C, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
Leaked OnePlus 3 pricing starts from 1999 yuan (US$ 307 / Rs. 20435) for the 4GB RAM and 32GB storage version and 2499 yuan (US$ 384 / Rs. 25550) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB version.
