Nokia has finally shed some light on its latest Windows Phone dubbed the Nokia Lumia 930. The phone comes with top end specifications and can easily termed as an international cousin of Nokia Lumia Icon. The handset is expected to reach market shelves globally including India in June 2014 for $599 (Approx. Rs.36,000).

Both Nokia Lumia 930 and Lumia Icon share similarities when it comes to specifications. The phone Features a 5-Inch ClearBlack AMOLED Super Sensitive Display having 1920 x 1080 Pixel Resolution at 441pp Pixel Density.
The Device houses a powerful 2.2GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 based Chipset partnered with Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM, a combination that promises a smooth and lag free user experience. There is 32GB of ROM available as well but lacks MicroSD Card slot for further expansion.
Nokia Lumia 930 is majorly aimed at Photography enthusiasts as phone comes with a 20 Mega Pixel PureView Shooter on the back. Camera Features worth mentioning include 1/2.5″ BSI Sensor, f/2.4 Aperture, Dual LED Flash, Optical Image Stabilization and Carl Zeiss Optics. The phone can also record 1080p Videos @ 30Fps. There is a 1.2 Mega Pixel front camera as well for video calling.
Connectivity options include 2G, 3G and 4G-LTE Support along with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi HotSpot, Dual Band, DLNA, Bluetooth V4.0 with A2DP, MicroUSB V2.0, NFC, A-GPS / GLONASS support and 3.5mm Audio Jack. On the Software front, the Nokia Lumia 930 runs on Microsoft Windows 8.1 Operating System and draws its energy from 2420 mAh battery.
