Motorola Moto E 2nd Gen running on Android 5.0 OS announced – Phone Specs, Price
Motorola has made official the successor to the Moto E budget phone dubbed as the Motorola Moto E (2nd Gen). The phone comes in 3G and LTE variants and is priced at US$ 119.99 (RS. 7,450) and US$149.99 (Rs. 9,300) respectively. It comes in White and Black color option and will have optional colorful Band and Grip Shells which are priced at US$19.99.
The Moto E (2nd Gen) will start rolling in more than 50 countries that include North America, Latin America, Asia, and Euro from today itself. The handset will also make its way in India via Flipkart soon, however exact date or version has not been disclosed.

This phone has single micro SIM slot that supports 3G and LTE bands depending on the variant. The measurements are 129 x 66.8 x 12.3 mm with 5.2mm curve and weighs 145 Grams. There is a water resistant coating similar to its predecessor.
Inside is a 1.2GHz Quad Core Cortex-A7 Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Processor with Adreno 302 GPU (3G Model) OR 1.2GHz Quad Core Cortex-A53 Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Processor with Adreno 306 GPU (LTE Model). There is 1GB of RAM and 8GB of Internal Storage which is further expandable up to 32GB using MicroSD Card.
On the front is a 0.3 Mega Pixels VGA camera coupled with 5 Mega Pixel main camera on the back. Some of the camera features include LED Flash, F/2.2 Aperture, Auto Focus, Quick Capture, Tap to Focus, 4x Digital Zoom, Slow Motion, Burst Mode, Auto HDR, Panorama, Geo-Tagging, 720p @ 30 Fps etc.
The Motorola Moto E (2nd Gen) has 2390 mAh battery inside that gives 24 Hours of mixed usage. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box and has all the connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, A-GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
