Microsoft Lumia 640 XL has been officially announced at MWC 2015 event along with its small variant the Lumia 640. It comes in 3G and LTE variants and is priced at Euro 189 (US$ 211 / Rs. 13,100 approx.) for the 3G version and Euro 219 (US$ 245 / Rs. 15,200 approx.) for the LTE model. The phone will start shipping in March 2015. There is a Dual SIM version of this handset too.

The phone sports a 5.7-Inch ClearBlack IPS LCD Display having 1280 x 720 Pixels HD Resolution. The Screen to Body Ratio is 69.6% and pixel density is 258ppi. This phone is powered by 1.2GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Processor and Adreno 305 GPU.
There is 1GB of RAM and 8GB of Storage which is further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD Card. Phone’s 3000 mAh Li-Ion battery easily gives up to 23 Hours 40 minutes of 3G talk time.
