LG’s second generation Volt 2 and Tribute 2 phones are now available form Boost mobile. The former comes with price-tag of US$ 149.99 + taxes while the latter is slightly cheaper at US$ 99.99 +taxes.
LG Volt 2 Specifications
It has dimensions of 5.5 x 2.75 x 0.40 Inches (height x width x depth) and weighs 4.8 oz. I runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and includes a 2540 mAh Li-Ion battery inside that gives up to 21 hours of talk time.
The Volt 2 specs include a 5-Inch Display with 1280 x 720 Pixels resolution and is powered by 1.2GHz Quad Core Processor. It has 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM and MicroSD card slot that supports up to 32GB. The phone has a 5MP selfie camera and 8MP main shooter on the back with LED Flash.
This cellphone is 4G-LTE capable and supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
LG Tribute 2 Specifications
This is a 4G-LTE phone with slightly downgraded specs from the Volt 2. It has a 4.5-Inch IPS Display that has 854 x 480 Pixels resolution. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box and is powered by a 1900 mAh Li-Ion removable battery. The battery is claimed to easily last up to 16 hours of call time.
The measurements of phone are 5.11 x 2.56 x 0.43 inches and has 4.9 oz weight. It gets the processing power from 1.2Ghz Quad Core CPU coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage memory. MicroSD Card supporting up to 32GB is also present.
Connectivity options are almost the same as Volt 2 that includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, MicroUSB V2.0, Bluetooth V4.0, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack and more.
