LG Stylus 2 Launched in Korea for 396,000 South Korean Won

LG has officially launched the Stylus 2 smartphone in Korea. It was unveiled just ahead of MWC 2016 last month.

The mobile is priced at 396,000 South Korean Won that converts to Rs. 22,050 or US$ 320. It will be available from this week itself via three major carriers that include SKT, LG U+ and KT. Other markets of United States, Europe and Asia will also get the phone.

The phone has dimensions of 155 x 79.6 x 7.4 mm and weighs 145 Grams. It comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS pre-installed. It comes with pen with nano-coated tip and has Pen Keeper, that prevents stylus from being misplaced. It automatically pops messages when the phone is detected to be in motion without stylus.

The device is lighter and thinner and sports a flat layout than its predecessor. It has Spin hairline pattern on the back with metallic frame edges. The phone incorporates 3000 mAh removable battery inside that should easily last you a day.

The LG Stylus 2 Specs include 5.7-Inch In-Cell Touch Display with 1280 x 720 pixels HD Resolution. It is powered by 1.2GHz Quad Core Processor coupled with 1.5GB LPDDR3 RAM. The mobile had 16GB of internal storage space, further expandable using MicroSD Cards.

The mobile phone features a powerful 13MP main shooter on the back with LED Flash. There is 8MP selfie camera on the front as well that can also be used for video conference and skype. The handset supports 4G-LTE / 3G HSPA+ / GSM networks and has all the major connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
