LG Class with 5-Inch Display, Metal Body, 13MP Camera announced – Specs, Price

LG has put an end to the rumors and officially announced the LG Class Smartphone in Korea. It will go on sale on all major Carriers from September 21, 2015 (today). It is priced at 399300 Won (Rs. 22,470 / US$ 340 approx.) and comes in Silver, Gold and Blue Black color options.

The mobile phone has dimensions of 142 x 71.8 x 7.4 mm, weighs 147 Grams and sports slim metal body. The volume rockers are placed at the back, similar to LG’s G Series. It runs on Android 5.x lollipop OS and houses a powerful 1W loud speaker for optimum sound output.

The LG Class Specs include 5-Inch IPS Display with 1280 x 720 Pixels Resolution. It has 294ppi pixel density and supports multi-touch. Inside is 1.2GHz Quad Core Cortex-A53 Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 64-Bit Processor with Adreno 306 GPU.

The SoC is backed by 2GB LPDDR3 RAM, 16GB of internal storage space and MicroSD card slot that allows further expansion up to 2TB.  The phone supports 4G-LTE (700 / 850 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600 MHz) and houses a 2050 mAh integrated battery inside.

The LG Class features a powerful 8 mega pixels fixed focus camera on the front for video conference. On the back is a powerful 13 mega pixels primary snapper with LED Flash and Auto Focus capabilities.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, NFC, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
