Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus with 3GB RAM launched in India for Rs. 8499

Lenovo has launched an upgraded version of Vibe K5 Plus in India. It has 3GB LPDDR3 RAM instead of 2GB. The It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS has sports clean UI (close to stock).

In terms of specifications, it has 5-Inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by (1.5GHz x 4 + 1.2GHz x 4) octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor with Adreno 405 GPU.

Internal storage is of 16GB and is further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD card. It has Dual micro SIM slots and supports 4G LTE.

The upgraded Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus sports 13MP main camera on the back with OmniVision OV13850 sensor, F/2.2 aperture, 5P lens, LED FLash and records 1080p videos. On the front is 5MP Selfie camera with 4P lens and F/2.8 aperture.

The phone has dimensions of 142 x 71 x 8.2 mm and weighs 142 grams. It has 2750 mAh removable battery. It has dual speakers, includes PM8916 audio codec and supports Dolby Atmos as well.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.

The new Lenovo Vibe K5 plus is priced at Rs. 8,499 for 3GB RAM variant. It comes in Platinum silver, champagne gold and graphite gray color options.
