LeEco unveils its pan-India offline retail expansion plans

LeEco, formerly known as LeTV, has announced its ambitious plans to strengthen its offline presence in India.

LeEco has partnered with regional retail chains like Sangeetha, Poorvika and zonal distributors like Shivalik, AppsYouNeed, Pearl Infotech and PCH to expand its retail network.

With this partnership, LeEco will expand its retail base to 2000 outlets across 65 cities. Company also plans to reach 6000 to 8000 outlets by the end of 2016.

Initially in the first phase, the Le 1S and Le 1S Eco smartphones will be offered via offline channels. Company also plans to offer its entire product portfolio in offline market in coming months.

Currently LeEco is selling its smartphones online in India from Flipkart and LeMall. It now has presence across top 6 metros including New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Phone, Hyderabad and Chennai. Company boasts about 555 services centers and plans to open additional ones to carter growing number of customers.
