Huawei has launched a mid-range smartphone in China dubbed as the Honor 5X. It comes in White and Black color options and is priced at CNY 999 (US$ 157 / Rs. 10,210 ) for the 2GB RAM model. The 3GB RAM variant is priced slightly higher at CNY 1399 (US$220 / Rs. 14,310).

This is a Dual SIM (nano SIM + micro SIM) smartphone with Dual Standby that supports 4G-LTE networks on both slots. (800 / 1800 / 1900 / 2100 / 2600 MHz). It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with EMUI 3.1 and sports measurements of 143.1 x 71.8 x 9.7 mm and 159 Grams weight.
The Huawei Honor 5X Specs include 5.5-Inch IPS LCD Display that gives 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 72.5% screen to body ratio. It is powered by 1.7GHz Quad Core + 1.2GHz Quad Core (both Cortex-A53) Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 Processor (64-Bit) with Adreno 405 GPU.
On board storage is 16GB that is further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD Card. It comes in 2GB RAM and 3GB RAM variants. It has a fingerprint sensor embedded on the back that unlocks the device in just 0.4 seconds.
The Huawei Honor 5X Features a 3000 mAh Li-Ion battery that uses Quick Charge 3.0 technology. The battery can be charged up to 50% in just 30 minutes of charge.
This mobile phone is equipped with a 13MP primary camera on the back with F/2.0 Aperture, 5P Lens, 28mm wide angle lens,dual LED flash, Auto Focus, Touch Focus, Digital Zoom, Geo-Tagging and 1080p video recording at 30 Fps. There is a 5MP selfie camera on the front as well with F/2.4 Aperture, 22mm Wide angle lens, 1.4um pixel for quality clicks.
