Huawei Honor 4A with 5-Inch 720p Display, 2GB RAM announced
Huawei has officially announced the Honor 4A smartphone at a press conference held in China. The handset comes in 3G and two 4G-LTE variants and is priced at CNY 599 ($96 / €88 / Rs. 6,100) and CNY 699 ($112 / €102 / Rs. 7,561) respectively. The cell phone will be available in White, Black and Gold Color option. There is no word yet on the global release date.
Huawei Honor 4A Specifications
The phone has measurements of 143.5 x 72.1 x 8.5 mm with 155 Grams weight. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with customized EMUI 3.1 UI. It has Dual Micro SIM slots with Dual Standby inside that supports 3G HSPA+ and 4G-LTE Cat4 networks (depending on model).
The Honor 4A specs include a 5-Inch IPS LCD Display with GFF Full Lamination. It has 1280 x 720 Pixels resolution at 294ppi pixel density and has 66.6% screen to body ratio. The cellphone is powered by a 1.1GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 Processor with Adreno 304 GPU.
The chipset is backed by 2GB RAM, 8GB internal storage ROM and MicroSD card slot that supports further expansion up to 128GB. The phone has a 2200 mAh removable battery with fast charging capabilities.
The Huawei Honor 4A features a 2 Mega Pixel front camera coupled with 8 Mega Pixel snapper on the back with F/2.0 Aperture, CMOS Sensor, LED Flash, Auto Focus, HDR, Digital Zoom, 720p Video recording and more.
In terms of connectivity, the phone supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, USB OTG, GPS / GLONASS / Beidou, FM Radio, 35.mm Audio Jack etc. This smartphone is also equipped with array of sensors like Gravity, Brightness, Distance, Light, Acceleration, Compass etc.
