HTC has launched the One M9+ smartphone in India. It is priced at Rs. 52,500 and comes in Silver, Gold and Gunmetal Grey color options. It will go on sale in India from May 3, 2015. This handset was first unveiled back this month in China.
The One M9+ has a metallic uni-body design and has dimensions of 150.99 x 71.99 x 9.61 mm. There is a single nano SIM slot that supports 4G-LTE networks. Company has included a finger print sensor just bellow the display for secured payments and additional security. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS overlapped with HTC Sense 7.0 UI.
Phone Specs include 5.2-Inch Super LCD3 Display with 2560 x 1440 Pixels Resolution and 534ppi Pixel Density. Under the hood is a 2.2Ghz Octa Core Melio X10 MediaTek MT6795T Processor, PowerVR G6200 GPU and 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM. There is 32GB of internal storage and has a microSD slot for further expansion up to 128GB.
There is a 4MP Ultra Pixel camera on the front with F/2.2 Aperture and Wide Angle Lens. The 20.7 Mega Pixel camera on the back along with a secondary 2.1 MP camera will ensure crystal clear photos. Rear camera had Dual LED flash, Auto Focus, Touch Focus, Digital Zoom, Geo-Tagging and 2160p Video Recording capabilities.
The HTC One M9+ sports 2840 mAh Li-Po non removable battery that keeps the device charged up for long hours. On the connectivity front, this handset supports Wi-Fi 802.111 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, A-GPS / GLONASS, Dual Boom Sound speakers with Dual Audio, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
