HTC 10 with 5.2-Inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 820 launched in India for Rs. 52990
HTC has just launched its latest flagship, the HTC 10 in India. It is priced upwards at Rs. 52,990 in India. It comes in Topaz Gold and Carbon Grey colours and will go on sale in India from June 2016.
HTC 10 Specifications
This cell phone has metal body and sports finger print sensor at home button. It unlocks the device in just 0.2 seconds. It also has 24-bit DAC hi-res audio chip and BoomSound speakers for optimum audio. Three noise cancellation mics will allow clear voice.
Phone measures at 145.9 x 71.9 x 3.0 – 9.0 mm and weighs 161 grams. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS overlapped with HTC Sense 8.0 UI that sports freestyle layout. Company has included special Boost+ app for memory optimization depending on applications. It also has PowerBotics system that auto shuts down high power consuming apps. App Lock function is added feature to look for.
HTC 10 Specs include 5.2-inch Super LCD 5 Display that has 2.5D Gorilla Glass protection. It has 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and supports multi-touch. Inside is 64-Bit Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Processor with Adreno 530 GPU. It has 4GB RAM and comes in 32GB / 64GB storage variants. It has MicroSD card slot as well that allows further expansion up to 2TB.
Under the hood is a 300 mAh battery that supports Quick Charge 3.0. It can charge up to 50% in just 30 minutes. Normal usage will easily last you for 2 days.
HTC 10 Features a 12MP Ultrapixel 2 Camera with F/1.8 Aperture, 1.55 um pixels, OIS, Laser Auto Focus, Dual-tone LED and supports 4K video recording. On the front is 5MP selfie camera that has 23mm focal length, 86-degree wide angle, F/1.8 Aperture, 1.34um pixels and has OIS as well. According to the company, this is the first smartphone to feature dual OIS.
Connectivity options include 4G-LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
