Fossil Group has officially entered Indian wearable market with its Q Series Android Wear smartwatches named Q Marshal and Q Wander. Company has also introduced Michael Kors Connected, Skagen Connected, Chaps, Emporio Armani and Misfit.
Talking about the Q Series smartwatches, the Q Marshal is for men while the Q Wander is for women. They have circular dial with 1.4-Inch LED touch screen. It has 320 x 290 pixels resolution and 299 ppi pixel density. Inside both of them is 512MB RAM, 4GB storage ROM and gets processing power from Qualcomm Snapdragon 2100 SoC.
The screen of both the watches is customizable with different face designs, Fossil dials and has interchangeable straps. The watch’s dial is 44mm in diameter and comes with variety of body styles and band options. It also supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth V4.1 and has fitness tracking capabilities. Both Q Marshal and Q Wander house a 360mAH battery with wireless charging. They are IP67 certified as well.
The Fossil Q Wander is priced at Rs. 21995 for light brown and steel variants. The Rose gold model is priced slightly higher at Rs. 22995. The Q Marshal for men has price-tag of Rs. 21995 and comes in Silver, Black and Dark Brown color options. Both of them are up for pre-order at Flipkart.
The Misfit Shine 2 and Misfit Ray Fitness trackers are priced at Rs. 7495 in India. The Michael Koros Access smartwatches (Bradshaw Access and Dylan Access variants) price starts at Rs. 25995. The Skagen range which includes Skagen Connected activity tracker and Hagen Connected hybrid smartwatch are priced at Rs. 15495 and Rs. 14295 respectively. Fossil’s Chaps hybrid smartwatch price starts from Rs. 9995 while the Emporio Armani Connected wearables ranges from Rs. 17495 to Rs. 27995.
