Final Fantasy VI in works for Android and IOS

Final Fantasy VI in works for Android and IOS devices. It will be customized version of the original game for mobile devices with new enhancements. The game will be in 2D but with sharpened Graphics. Battle system has slightly been altered slightly for the mobile devices.

Takashi Tokita, Square director and producer told Kotaku that “Battle system for mobile devices has been adjusted so one can enjoy the game without much fighting in a race to level up”. He further adds that “The Legacy series won’t necessarily end with Final Fantasy VI. They are aware about the fan following and if Legacy Project works out, they would be developing VII sometime in future”

Final Fantasy VI is now under development and will go live sometime this winter. Original game was first launched in 1994 for Super Nintendo by Square Enix and was renamed as Final Fantasy III in North America.
