Cricket’s LG Spree with 4G-LTE goes official for US$ 90

Cricket wireless has announced its latest budget smartphone named the LG Spree. It is an entry-level device with pocket friendly price-tag of US$ 90 and comes in Black color option.

It will go on sale from March 11, 2016 and customers that buy the phone between March 11 – March 24 will get $20 discount on LG Tone Pro Bluetooth wireless headset.

LG Spree Specifications

The phone has measurements of 131.8 x 66.8 x 8.9 mm and houses 1940 mAh battery inside. It has polycarbonate build with large bezels and brushed metal finish. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.

The mobile sports 4.5-Inch TFT (presumed) Display that gives 854 x 480 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.1GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor coupled with 1GB RAM. It is backed by 1GB RAM.

The LG Spree specs also include 8GB of internal memory, further expandable up to 32GB using MicroSD card. The phone is equipped with 5MP main camera on the back with LED Flash and Auto Focus. On the front is secondary 2MP camera with dedicated LED Flash.

Connectivity options include 4G-LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
