BlackBerry Priv with Android OS to support 4K video, 64-Bit SoC

Blackberry has already confirmed that the company is indeed working on an Android OS powered smartphone named the Blackberry Priv. The phone has been leaked multiple times in pictures however this time, the alleged pic’s reveal something more.

N4BB has got some exciting pictures suggesting that the phone will be powered by a 64-Bit SoC (most probably Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 Processor with Adreno 418 GPU).

The BlackBerry Priv is said to have a powerful 18MP Schneider Kreuznach rear camera with Dual LED Flash that is capable of recording 4K videos @ 30Fps, 1080p @ 60 Fps and 720p @ 30/60 Fps.

The alleged phone prototype in the picture runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and comes with “Blackberry Safeguard” security Application. The phone’s touch-sensitive keyboard makes this cell phone fall in an unique category.

The device is rumored to launch sometime in November 2015 with expected global release in Q1 2016.
