Asus VivoStick running on Windows 10 announced at IFA 2015 – Features, Price

Demand for portable PC is ever growing and owing to that Asus has announced the VivoStick, a PC stick running on Windows 10 OS.

This small dongle like device comes installed with Windows 10 OS that converts any TV / Monitor into a full fledged PC. This is possible via HDMI Port. The Asus VivoStick highly resembles to Intel Compute Stick and almost does the same job.

The VivoStick features Intel Cherry Trail SoC (14nm) inside that is backed by 2GB DDR3L RAM. There is 32GB of internal storage of which almost half the storage is occupied by Windows 10 OS. Sadly there is no MicroSD card slot further expansion.

The stick has dimensions of 138 x 15 x 14 mm and weighs just 70 Grams. It has array of ports like USB 2.0, USB 3.0, HDMI Port, Audio Jack  and a MicroUSB connector for charging. In terms of connectivity, the device supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth V4.0.

Asus VivoStick has MSRP of $129 that converts ro Rs. 8,550 approx. and comes in White, Black and Blue color options. There is no info on the availability of the device.
