ASUS Pegasus 5000 with 4G-LTE, 4850mAh Battery now official – Specs, Price

ASUS has launched its latest smartphone named the Pegasus 5000. It is the newest entrant in Pegasus series that comes in 2GB RAM and 3GB RAM variants.

The mobile comes in Golden and Blue colors and is priced at 1299 Yuan (Rs. 13,400 / US$ 197 approx.) for the 2GB model. The 3GB variant is priced slightly higher at 1799 Yuan (Rs. 18,550 /  US$ 273 approx.). Both the variants will be available soon from China Telecom.

The phone sports a 5.5-Inch Display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and has Corning Gorilla Glass protection for scratch resistance. It is powered by 1.3GHz Octa Core MediaTek MT6753 (64-bit) Processor with Mali-T720 GPU. The smartphone has 2GB / 3GB RAM variants.

The Asus Pegasus 5000 Specs also include 1GB of on-board storage, further expandable up to 32GB using MicroSD Card. The phone has measurements of 155 x 76.4 x 9 mm, weighs 176 grams and houses 4850 mAh battery inside.

This is a Dual SIM mobile phone that supports 4G-LTE (TD-LTE) / 3G HSPA+ networks. It has 5MP selfie camera coupled with 13MP main snapper on the back with F/2.0 Aperture, LED Flash, Auto Focus and 1080p video recording capabilities.

The cell phone runs on Android  5.1 Lollipop OS with Zen UI. It has all the connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.0, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
