Apple and Croma join hands to bring Apple Stores in India

Good News for Apple Fans, Apple Stores are finally coming to Indian shores. Latest report form Economic Times suggests that Apple has partnered with TATA backed Croma Retail to setup Apple Store counters at six locations.

Initially, the Apple Stores will be setup at 6 Croma Retail outlets at Juhu, Malad, Oberoi Mall, Phoenix Mall and Ghatkopar in Mumbai. The sixth one will be situated at Jayanar Croma store in Bengaluru.

Each Apple store will utilize around 400 – 500 square feet of space and will follow the same Interior design seen at other stores. Moreover, All the employees at these stores will be trained directly by the company.

Apple stores are expected to go live in Diwali next month. Company’s latest iPhone 6s and 6s plus are slated to launch on October 16, 2015. With this new partnership, Apple further hopes to deepen its presence in India.
